PSG STATEMENT IN RESPONSE TO INQUIRIES REGARDING SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS
HOUSTON, TX (June 25, 2020) – PSG has been informed of personal commentary made by one of our employees on Facebook recently that is inconsistent and incompatible with the company's values and those of its stakeholders. These are very concerning allegations and the PSG board of directors, shareholders and leadership are taking this incident very seriously.
In response, the company has initiated an immediate investigation and the individual in question is on administrative leave pending the results of the investigation. It would be inappropriate to comment further as the investigation is ongoing, however, the company is committed to taking appropriate action in line with our values and code of conduct.
PSG honors inclusivity and diversity among our teams and across our industry. Given the heightened public discussion and call to action to achieve equality, we commit to moving forward in ways that are productive and positive toward that goal, beginning today.
